Justice is our only objective. As officers of the court our first objective is to find the truth and see that Justice is served. Bill takes great pride in giving back to the community. He, yearly, does hundreds of hours of pro bono service for the community. The man pictured contacted Bill many years ago. He was set to recieve a punishment that he was not deserving. Bill was able to convince the Governor (Richard Lamm) that the sentence was not fair and see that the man was not imprisoned wrongfully, and set free. Our firm will do whatever is honest, ethical and legal to protect and pursue our clients best interests. (Even if it means going to the top)

Six Lazy K Cattle Ranch If Bill's first love is the pursuit of Justice, his second is the great outdoors. Bill has been an avid fisherman and hunter since he was a child. Balance and Harmony can best be achieved by leaving the rat race to the escape of a warm pinon fire and a good thick book. This painting (to the right) was commissioned of the family cattle ranch south of Silt, Colorado, and sits behind his desk in his office.
